02-04 BUTTERFLY FESTIVAL (M)

The Butterfly Festival Committee is busily preparing for the upcoming 2008 Festival. This year the Festival will be expanding to a three day event that will take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. We have many exciting events planned. We would like to invite Residents and organizations of Mariposa to take part.

03 MARIPOSA PIECE MAKERS QUILT SHOW (M)
Mariposa Museum and History Center, 5119 Jessie Street, Mariposa

The Mariposa Piece Makers second annual Quilt Show features quilts displayed both outdoors and inside historic structures located at the Museum and History Center. "Bed turning" heirloom quilts will be featured. Times: 9AM - 4PM

Mariposa County Fairgrounds

Arts, crafts, food and traditional Native American dancing. This is a non-smoking, alcohol-free event to be enjoyed by all. Sat-gates open 10 am, Grand Entry at 12:00 p.m., Dinner 5:00 p.m., Miwuk Dancing 6 p.m. Grand Entry 7:p.m. closing ceremonies at 10 p.m.; Sun-gates open 10 am.

Coyote Springs Ranch, Corner of Highway 140 and Old Highway, Catheys Valley

Enjoy a Spring weekend at beautiful Coyote Springs Ranch in Catheys Valley.
