I saw an attractive income property on the Merced River where the South Fork joins it. Who would be a good realtor in the area to ask about this property?

Hi Bob and welcome to the Forum.

Well, a quick look at the Mariposa Board of Realtors does not show any particular office affiliated with that listing (or at least the one I think you are talking about) and the telephone book yields several pages of realtors.  But, the top three would probably have to be:
Coldwell Banker 742-7000
Century 21 Sierra Gold 966-2121
D & E Realty 966-2001
(All 209 area code.)

The only one that I have any personal experience with is Century 21 as I bought my house through them.  They were warm, courteous and right with me all the way.  From some of the horror stories that I have heard from others I think that I can safely say that they really helped to lessen the stress that such a purchase entails.  Of course anyone in the office can probably assist you but my personal preference is Jovan Trujillo.

Well, I hope this answers your question.  If not, let me know.
