About the Quiz

You will be presented with a selection of 10 random sounds.  The sounds are those of animals and insects that inhabit the foothills around Mariposa.

Listen to the sound carefully, click on the answer of your choice and then push the "Am I Right?" button.
At the end of the quiz you will be given your score and an assessment of your skills as a naturalist.

Before proceeding please note the following:

• A java enabled browser is required to participate in the quiz.
• Although compressed, sound files may take seconds to minutes to download (depending on your Internet connection.)
• If you have the music window open you will need to close it before proceeding.
